and gives an indepth thesis on Sovereignty and it's Supreme legitimacy. It is an essential piece of info

1hr 1min - "The Past as Propaganda in the Declaration Of Arbroath"

This video goes into the political process of Independence, Unilateral Declaration Of independence, it also goes into Scottish Constitutional law. It is an excellent reference to dispel the myth that Scotland would somehow be prevented from secession by International laws or statutes, there are no legal routes of intervention by any power or body in the world. The legitimacy of seccesion is stated "The United

Nations charter enshrines the Peoples right to self determination & The Universal Declaration Of Human

Rights also guarantees peoples rights to change Nationality, the UK is a signatory of both documents".

32 mins - "Scottish Independence"

43mins - "Truth about Scotland's oil & British security State efforts to suppress Nationalism"

This is an excerpt from a Documentary shown on BBC Alba, it Documents British State Corruption at the

highest levels of power, it show's the lengths that the UK Goverment will go to in order to clutch onto

Scotland & it's invaluable assets. There are events revealed here that were suppressed by Government

ministers & officials. The evidence of corruption & criminal activities of those in power was common

knowledge among the mainstream media, but they either chose or were told to stay silent. This docu has

exposed the Establishment for just a mere fraction of their illegal activities, esp against SNP members !!

Bernard Ryan: "Downplayimg Sovereignty ? Citizenship in Scotland's future" - A revealng insight into

the question of  the choice of dual citizenship in the eventual event of Scottish Independence, here are the answers to a lot of questions broached by Unionists scared of losing dual identity, a subject that should have been placed high on the Yes camp's agenda, in order to allay fears of no voters who were scared they would haxe been stripped of their British Nationality, Bernard Ryan explains the solutiond perfectly.

The infamous McCrone Oil Report commissioned on 23rd of April 1975 and immediately classified as top

secret. The report wasn't released until 2005 under the freedom of information rule, the credit for much of the revelations goes to Davie Hutchison for his hard work in delving deep into those archives. The NcCrone report starts by examining the Scottish Economy without North Sea oil, this would explain why

Prime Minister Margaret Thatcher did, what she did to Scotland.

Constitution Society - The Declaration Of Arbroath 1320

This is the Declaration Of Arbroath 1320. it was translated into English from it's original Latin text.

"Two things make this the most important document in Scottish history. 1/ The set the will of the Scottish people above the King. 2/ The Manifesto affirmed the Nation's Independence in a way no battle could,

and justified it with a truth that is beyond Nation and race"

Lallands Peat Worrier (blog) - "What does Sovereignty of the People of Scotland mean" ?

This an article on Sovereignty which picks at the bones of peoples misguided interpretations, it is

precise & to the point. It gives light to the various arguments for & against.

Inspirational Scots - Thomas Muir of Huntershill

A brief biography of Thomas Muir of Hunters Hill, a great Socialist Republican

Revolutionary who devoted his entire life to Political Reform & was one of

"The Five Scottish Martyrs" He is a very pivotal part of Scottish Political History,

and his teachings and visions stiill as apt today, I recommend reading about his turbulent

life and those of his comrades in struggle. Thomas Muir's life is a remarkable story.

Inspirational Scots - "The Scottish Martyrs"

This a taster of "The Scottish Martyrs" Everyone should read of true heroes of Scotland, our own rich history is filled with legendary figureheads, and it is also

filled with the brutality of English rape plunder & pillage, the Highland Clearances a

fair portion of all three.

Inspirational Scots - "Red Clydesider" John MaClean a Revolutionary Socialist

The Champion of the Scottish People "The Dominie" (Teacher) A hero of the working

class & truly inspiring Scottish Socialist Revolutionary & totally charismatic man. He was a motivator & mobiliser of the suffering Scots people, into a rising wave of defiance & civil disobedience to try to put an end to the stranglehold of the ruling British Capitalist Establishment of Westminster.

Inspirational Scots - "Red Clydesider" Mary Barbour

Mary Barbour was a very important female asset to the "Red Clydeside" movement, campaigning on all fronts for many social issues of inbalance, particularly for the impoverished females in Scottish working class society. She spoke up for the common people, she was a leading exponent of "The Rent Strike" movement in 1915 along with Helen Crawfurd, together they made a formidable & successful team.

Quote Helen Crawfurd: "The struggle brought great masses of women together" Collectively they were quite rightly dubbed "Mary Barbours' Army" This is a great piece of Historical significance.

Inspirational Scots - James "Keir" Hardie

A biography of Lanarkshire's Keir Hardie, the great Sottish Socialist & founding Father of the Labour Representative Committee & then it's transition into the Independent Labour Party. Although not the creator of the philosophy of a popular People's Labour movement, he was nevertheless a visionary & instrumental in the birth of the Labour Party. He was a passionate reformer who's main goal was to eradicate poverty, he also strove to adjoin the Trades Unions to the movement & truly represent the working classes. His visions seem a far cry of the current Labour Party who at best are now centre left, more likely centre.

Inspirational Scottish Sons & Daughters

Inspirational Scots - Jimmy Reid

A truly remarkable man who fought tirelessly all of his life, from his early days as a teenager he got actively

involved in politics when joining The Labour League Of Youth, in later years he made the transition to SNP.

A formidale trades unionist, he was driven, he was certainly outspoken & contraversial at times, but he was certainly a thorn in the side of the Establishments who tried to break his resolve. Along with his comrade Jimmy Airlie, they successfully defeated Ted Heath's Conservative Government, via the "UCS Work In" after they recommended the liquidation of The Upper Clyde Shipbuilders Yard. Read his remarkable life story.
